Working with James and River City Hardscapes was incredible. We had a challenging project including a retaining wall, two level patio, and a sloping walkway. James is creative and has an excellent vision for what the project could be. It is gorgeous. We found his cost to be very reasonable. He was timely and professional. He was quick to respond to my questions and was always checking on how we were feeling as the project progressed. The worksite was clean and organized each day. James is super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We would definitely hire him again. No question.

We had James lay pavers down in our dog run to help create better environment for our to dogs that are both diggers . The project exceeded our expectations and the dogs love it . The work man ship was superb and James and his crew did a great job in site preparation and clean up. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend him, the project is both functional and artistic.

While I was getting estimates for our backyard patio pad expansion project, I met James of River City Hardscapes. Pleasant to talk to, he came across as a straight shooter, knew what he was doing by suggesting best options for us to chose and was up-to-date with all the new design and material trends. Keeping to his completion schedule even through 90+ deg. hot summer weather! He was spot-on with his expert suggestions, his design ideas, do’s and don’t’s, his ability to come-up with creative solutions to our crazy demands and blending new with existing surroundings! My wife loved his idea of adding uniqueness to our project by adding a touch of a slight curved serpentine shaped design instead of just a plain square pad!
